With the rapid development of business, the use of LED modules is becoming more and more common. However, most purchasers are not professional installers and often encounter many problems when installing LED modules. They can only seek help from the manufacturer's technical personnel. So, what should we pay attention to when installing LED modules?

1,When installing LED modules, it is important to use wood glue or double-sided tape. Only these two types of adhesives can securely attach the module's slot and vacuum-formed baseboard together. However, it is essential to remember that glass adhesive must be used, as double-sided tape alone cannot withstand long-term exposure to outdoor conditions.

2,When installing LED modules, it is crucial to use low-voltage input. Do not directly connect the 220V power supply to the LED, as it will cause the entire LED module to burn out.

3,After installation, the switch power supply used must be adjusted according to the typical characteristics of the LED module. During usage, it is not permissible to arbitrarily rotate the voltage adjustment button connected to the LED module.

4,Available LED modules have their own positive and negative poles, so it is important to pay attention to the connection terminals of the power supply during installation and ensure that the positive and negative poles correspond to each other. If the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation, the LED module will not illuminate even if installed correctly.

5,As mentioned earlier, when applying voltage to the LED module, it must be low-voltage input. In addition to this requirement, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply is installed within a 10-meter range around the LED module.

6,When installing LED modules, no components on them should be squeezed or pressed, as LEDs are delicate devices. Excessive squeezing, pushing, or pressing can damage the devices.

7,Those with installation experience should be aware that there are some hooks on the wire socket to prevent the connection wires from easily detaching. However, if it is not convenient to insert the wire socket during the installation of the LED lens module, it should be removed and reinserted. In any case, it is important to ensure that the connection of the LED module is secure to avoid later detachment.

8,We use LEDs to make the content visible, so it is important to pay attention to their spacing during installation and avoid overlapping light and shadows. Ideally, the number of LED groups per square meter should be controlled between one hundred.
